The Importance of The Right Posture for Good Health

Most of us tend to spend at least 7-8 hours or more at work at our desks. Our sitting posture can have a major impact on the health of our neck, spine and muscles, which is why we need know exactly what a good sitting posture comprises:

  • Feet flat on the floor
  • Sitting up straight while working
