Understand the first stage of migraine, which is nothing but a warning sign of an upcoming migraine
Migraine generally begins in childhood, adolescence, or early adulthood. The exact cause is unknown, However, hormonal changes, stress, foods, medications, environmental factors, etc., have been attributed as causes of migraine. Migraine begins with the prodrome stage, one or two days before the actual head pain commences, and following are the signs and symptoms that are generally experienced:

- Increased thirst, urination, and yawning

- Food cravings
