Before You Conceive, get a checkup and discuss your health condition with your Physician.

Get in Shape:

Shed Those Extra Pounds, 30 minutes of exercise: walking, cycling or swimming

Eat Right & Eat Smart Every Day

Plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein

Prenatal Vitamins and Supplements

400 micrograms of folic acid/day or leafy greens, citrus, and beans

Time to Visit The Dentist

Good oral health = A healthy pregnancy

Cut Back on Caffeine

Switch to decaf or try warm, spiced milk

Stop Smoking:

Passive Smoking As Well ! Reduce the risk of premature birth, low birth weight, and miscarriage

Stop Drinking:

Say NO to Alcohol, Reduce the risk of birth defects and learning problems.

Make a Baby Budget:

It Helps! Diapers, clothes, car seat, stroller, bottles, baby formula…the list goes on

Sit Back and Relax:

Make Time for Yourself! Listen to music, meditate, try Yoga or go for a walk to stay stress free
