Sit with your legs stretched in front and arms resting on both sides of the body. Bend your knees and bring them close to the left hip. Rest the left ankle on the arch of the right foot. Slowly twist your upper body to the right side leaving the right hand on the floor and the left hand on the side. Remain in this position for 1 minute and continue with the other side from the beginning.
