Known as the cure for all ailments, Viparita Karani is a must do during your Yoga routine
Viparita Karani derives its name from Sanskrit where ‘Viparita’ means reversed or inverted and ‘Karani’ means doing or action, and hence the English name Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose or the pose that is seen in its full expression. This pose is called as the Inverted Lake Pose that is powerful enough to cure all ailments.
