Tips to Boost our Immune System and Stay Healthy

Our immune system defends our body against bacteria, viruses, pollen and other foreign substances. Primarily made up of several different types of white blood cells, this highly complex system also monitors our body for cells that have started malfunctioning, like tumor cells.

Ongoing stress can weaken the immune system. We need to find healthy ways to cope with it by relaxing – meditating, doing Yoga, listening to soothing music, etc.
