The common psychological signs and symptoms of anxiety that can be identified by an individual include:

  • Uneasiness
  • Overreaction

To conclude, anxiety has been attributed to many factors like environmental stress, family history, changes in the circuits of the brain; with the exact cause of anxiety being unknown. Therefore, anxiety should be controlled before it becomes severe by consulting a healthcare specialist.
